- Your name
- Battery / charger in question
- The serial code from the battery
- When the battery was purchased
- A brief description on what the issue is
You will then be issued a unique warranty reference number for the item/s in question, you will then be informed that you will need to return the item/s to us (address will be provided).
Due to the high volume of batteries sold, we are unable to test or replace any item/s that aren’t accompanied with proof of purchase. PLEASE WRITE YOUR WARRANTY REFERENCE NUMBER, CLEARLY AT THE TOP OF THE ADDRESS, FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN A DELAY
Once we have received your item(s), our testing process will commence. We ask all customers returning batteries to ensure they are fully charged when returned to us, this will speed the process up.
If the item/s pass our testing process, you will receive a call or email to update you of such and the item/s will be returned.
If the battery fails, our testing process you will receive a call or email to notify you of such and a replacement will be issued.
Please also note that any warranty replacements DO NOT have a new warranty guarantee. The allotted warranty period is from the original date of purchase and does not restart.
